Fakenham 14:20 Norfolk Hospice Selling Hurdle 4yo plus, 2m, Class 5

Treaty flyer assisted by the champion jockey A P McCoy and trained by Mrs A M Thorpe went into this selling hurdle a strong favourite.

Prominent throughout and leading around 5 out and always travelling better , McCoy gave a shake and Treaty Flyer responded and went clear approaching the last hurdle to win by 1 1/4 lengths

Jockey J Fortune made all on Made for Ransom to take this maiden race.

Dreamy Sweeney was held up and produced by McCoy to lead around 3 out going clear and jumping the last hurdle to beat the A King trained Rodney's Pillar by 9 lengths.

Our first bet tryst was from the realiable Sir Michael Stoute yard at this time of year.
Tryst a grey gelding 4 year old whos owners are Cheveley Park Stud was sent to Lingfield for this maidens stakes race.
With jockey R L Moore on board and the favourites tag Tryst was slowly away but soon got back in touch with the pack with around 1 furlong left of the total 7 furlongs R L Moore sent Tryst on the way to time a perfect nod at the line to win by a neck beating the R Hills ridden Makaam.

Art Jewel was a strange ride for J P Spencer as he is normally known for his perfectly timed rides from the back but with Art Jewel clearly the tactic was to make all and they did just that.

Our first Irish racing tip and its a very good priced winner with Ballytrim.
